She is survived by: her husband Pat Cychosz; her son Brad Montgomery (Kari) of McNally Flats, Oklahoma; her great grandchild Dylon Montgomery of McAlester; her brother Bill "Punk" Fitzer (Mary) of Brooken; and her niece Shana Grubis (Joe) of Brooken.
