He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Riddle and Dewey Hulsey; and his siblings, Jack Hulsey, Patricia Williams and Mertie Sue Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hulsey; his children, Steven, Kevin Hulsey of Minnesota and Kellie Shasseville of Minnesota; his friend Stacy Payton of Oklahoma; his siblings, Ramona Eakle of Quinton and Roscoe Hulsey of Stigler; his grandchildren, Tyler, Troy Heitmann and Reece Rumpza; and his great grandchildren, Gage and Walker Heitmann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
