He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Peters (Smith) and Will Peters; and his siblings, Arvella Johnson, Oleta Bryant and Ervin Peters.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick E. (Donnell) and Randall K. (Angela) of McAlester, OK.; his grandchildren, Marie Crawford (Ronnie Katie Martinez), Brian Brittney Short (Garett Kendall Peters) and Hanna; his sister-in-law Louise Peters; and his wife Charlene Rea. He is also survived by Nine great grandchildren, Six great-great grandchildren, Three sisters.
