He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howell and Iva Howell (Green). He is survived by: his wife Jane Nicole Howell; his children, Douglas Howell (Betty), Michael, LaDonna Howell and Bart Howell; his grandchildren, Douglas Howell, Jr., Cole Howell, Jessica, Andrew Howell, Korra and Amanda Howell; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Gracelynn Howell.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Quinton Public School.
