She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baldwin and Elizabeth Baldwin (Jackson); her husband William Richard "Dick" Horn Sr.; her daughter Donna Jean "Sue" Brewer; her great grandchildren, Sara Christian, Baby Suman, Levi Henry Sharbutt, Brady Brewer and Mia Karhoff; and her siblings, Dorothy McLendon, Jim Baldwin, Emery Baldwin, Mildred McCandles, Buck Baldwin and Ralph Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, William Richard Horn Jr. (Colleen), Joyce Roberts (Arland), Shirley Sharbutt (Paul "Huck") and Ronald Horn (Sandra); and her son-in-law James Brewer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
