She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richard and Lavada Marie Power (Wood); and her brother Larry Richard Power. She is survived by: her husband Rollie Williams; her daughters, Terri Adams (Richard) of Columbus, KS, Tammy Forcum (Doug) of Baxter Springs, KS and Toni Rhine; and her sister Mary McCarty of Commerce, OK. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
