He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramona "Pat" Scott and Clifford Raymond Scott Sr.; his significant other Lena Mae Scott-Ross; and his brothers, Jackie Mac Garnett of Clifford Raymond and William "Guy" Scott.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Ann Medlin; his nephew Isamu Garnett; his stepson William Ross of Quapaw; and his brother Douglas Scott of Quapaw. He is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, Niece's, Nephews, cousins, and his many lifelong friends.
