He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jean Waters (Lyerla); his children, Craig Waters (Susan) of Galena, KS and Marsha Elaine Arnold of Bartlesville, OK; his sisters, Wanda Sue Bunce of Quapaw, OK and Sally Kay Brandon of Quapaw, OK; his grandchildren, Corey Edward Waters, Colton Levi Waters, Natasha Waters and Jessica Houston; and his great great grandchildren, Madison Marie Waters and Christy Waters.
