He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Jo (Margaret Lee); his parents, Earl Kincaid and Lorene Kincaid; his brother Leonard Kincaid; and his great grandchild John Chavas.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his brother Curtis Kincaid of Woodward; his daughters, Sharon Hoover of Alpena, AR, Ginger Smith (Jerry) of Putnam and Mitzie Eaton (Steve) of Putnam; his stepchildren, Darla Cheek (Jeff) of Moore, OK and Phillip Sawatzky of Weatherford, OK.; his grandchildren, Emily Hoover, James Smith, Jeremy Smith (Krista), Nickie Moore (Dustin) and Laramie Eaton (Chyenne); and his great grandchild Isi Moore.
The family has requested that donations be made to the Putnam Senior Center c/o Mona Kauk, 20919 E 850 Road, Butler, OK 73625, in lieu of flowers.
