She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Givens and Ruby Givens (McFarland); and her siblings, Patsy Ann Black, Charl Dean Roberts, Donald Lee Givens and Larry Paul Givens.
She is survived by: her sisters, Clara Mae Rosenfelt of Little Axe and Jeannette Williamson (John) of Wynnewood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
