She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Neely and Mary Neely (Rambo); and her brother Waldo Neely Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James; and her children, Barry West (Anita) of Elgin, Brian West (Amy) of Parsons, Brandon West (Kim) of Edmond, Maresa Bettes (Brad) of Lexington, Mike West (Kenza) of Florida and Paul West (Gail) of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
