He is survived by: his children, Michael Todd Maynard (Lori) and Michelle Renee Maynard; his son-in-law Phillip Smith; his sister Betty Maynard Whitehead Flowers; his grandchildren, Courtney Maynard Roehner, Jordan Beam, Malori Maynard Lawrence, Hunter Maynard, Seth Smith and Xander Smith; his niece Vicki Whitehead; and his nephews, Joe Whitehead, Rocky Whitehead and Mark Whitehead. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
