It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Mae Liberty of Purcell, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bennett and Era Bennett (Fowler); her daughter Dena Deverl Dorethy (Benn); and her siblings, Venita Hawkins, Loretta Ross, Herman Bennett, Dean Bennett and Jay Bennett.
She is survived by: her brother Qunin Bennett; and her daughters, Anita Miller of McAllen, TX, Brenda Backhaus of Orangeburg, SC and Cindy Holden of Norman, OK. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
