He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boydstun (Kennedy); his children, Louis Miller Jr. (Nancy) of Liberal, KS, Linda Godwin (Kenny) of Oolagah, OK, Cody Simpson (Phillip) of Alvarado, TX, Jackie Barnes of Edmond, OK, David Wicks (Peggy) of Colby, KS, Deanne Hill (Jim) of Houston, TX, Bill Johnson of Woodward, OK and Mark Johnson (Anna) of Okla; and his brother Billy Burk (Victoria) of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by his children and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
