He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Lewis, Melva Lewis, Hazel Moore, Mary Fletcher, Joe Lewis and Edward Lewis; his sons, Michael Lewis and Maurice Lewis of Colorado Springs, CO; and his sisters, Ora Berry (Carl) of Spencer, OK, Chrislene Fletcher (Charles) of Del City, OK and Betty Green (Steve) of Purcell.
