He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilmore Willie West and Golda Mae West (Clark); his wife Theresa Ann West; and his siblings, Ray West, Georgia Lehar of Delbert West, G. W, Juanita Lucas and Mitchell West.
He is survived by: his children, Paul West (Gail) of Broken Arrow, Mike West (Kenza) of Florida, Barry West (Anita) of Elgin, Brian West (Amy) of Parsons, Brandon West (Kim) of Edmond and Maresa Bettes (Brad) of Lexington; and his siblings, Cora Biehl of Midwest City, Pairlee Winstone (Jerry) of Ninnekah, OK and Kenneth West (Sherry) of Alex, OK. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
