He is survived by: his wife Carolyn June Howard; his children, Amy Howard Tolle (Mike) of Purcell and Bobby Howard (Amy) of Benton, Arkansas; his siblings, Pat Brewer of Watonga, Peggy Franks of Watonga, Connie Blackerby (Roger) of Kingfisher, Tiny Hamilton of Tulsa, Jerry Dale Howard (Ethel) of Hitchcock and Mike Howard of Watonga; and his grandchildren, Kylie Hayes (Dylan), Madisyn Tolle, Karlee Grace Tolle, Maci Howard (Devin), Wyatt Howard (Mallorie), Colby Howard, Grady Howard, William Hartfield (Aarti), Mika Pounds (Brandon) and Bailey McDoulett (Rowdy). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
