He is survived by: his children, Tammy Mann and Doyle Mann, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeff Wadley (Melanie), Tommy Worley (Rachelle), Amber "Nicki" Worley (Jason Frye), Lane Perigo (Casey), Hunter Perigo (Kelsi), Zeke Hughes, Devon Frye, Cassidy Wadley, Mackenzie Wadley and Kaetlynn Frye; his great great grandchildren, Bentlee Perigo, Gatlin Perigo, Linkin Perigo, Landry Perigo, Castle Perigo, Finnian Perigo, Brinlee Boles Perigo, Everly Perigo and Kaydence Perigo; his sister Aline Jump (Kenneth); his sisters-in-law, Alice Ketchum and Shirley Ketchum; his nieces and nephews, Gary Ketchum, Jimmy Ketchum (Jana), Lisa Ketchum, Tracy Wildman (Trent), Brent Ketchum (Rachelle), Kenny Ketchum (Beth), Jennifer Kudla (Jay), Tim Stucks (Betty), Brandi Jenks (Mike), Tom Ketchum (Traci), Michael Coles (Sonya), Steve Williamson (Mary), Stacy Williamson (Leonna), Stan Williamson (Nita Harris), Scott Williamson (Amy), Robbie Tedder, Jerry Tedder (Shannon), Kim Pittman and Sandy Saflarski (Steven); his friends, Tom McCurdy, Philip "Flipper" Ellison, Travis Swafford, Rick Colwell, Steve Brown and Bo Perry; and also Kyle Perigo (Alina). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
