He is survived by: his wife Irene J. Lewis; his children, Cathy Fuhr (Richard) of Yukon, Jerry D. Lewis (Sandra) of Norman and Wayne Lewis (Eva) of Purcell; his brother Junior Lewis of Salinas, CA.; and his great grandchild Many.
