He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Elmer Foutch and Cloe Irene Foutch (Criner); his daughter Sherry Ann Foutch; and his sister Betty Sue Ryan. He is survived by: his significant other Truda Foutch; his daughters, Carol Frazier (Matt) of Purcell and Janet Hudson (Ronnie) of Noble; his grandchildren, Ryan Frazier (Kim), Jeff Hayden, Crystal Wilbanks (Mike), Shane Hayden, Sheri Burton (Steven) and Adam Frazier; and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Dylan, Taylor, Paige, Joe, Bradyn, Colton, Safari, Victoria, Halleigh, Charlee, Zane and Briggs.
