He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Cook and John Chalupa; his sisters, Mary Ladd and Bonnie Bolton; and his sons, John Cooley, Jerry Cooley, Michael Chalupa and Robert Chalupa.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Chalupa; his children, Curtis Chalupa, Chuck Chalupa Jr., Susie McCalister, Ronnie Cooley, Shellie West, Linda Cooley, Danny Cooley and Sarah Outlaw; and his brother Jack Bolton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, family members, and friends.
