She was predeceased by: her parent Milus Maguire; her former husbands, Richard Van Wyns Berghe and David Headrick Sr.; her husband James Shade; her mother Edna Maguire-Criswell (Emmett); her stepfather Newt Criswell; her siblings, Kenneth, Alfred Maguire and Doris Johnson; her granddaughter Ashley Headrick; and her great grandchild Cooper Dewey Headrick.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McPeak (Ken) of Pryor, Debbie Irvin of Salina, Mamie of Claremore, David Headrick Jr. of Pryor and Danny Headrick (Tanya) of Adair; and her brother Bob Maguire (Deb) of Pryor. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
