He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester Kemp, Sr. and Blanche Kemp (English); his sister Janelle Davidson; and his grandson James Daniel Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Alline Kemp; his children, Pam Webster of Pryor, Peggy Wiseman of Bixby, James Kemp (Melinda) of Pryor and Donna Grubbs (Tony) of Pryor, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Amy VanDuser (Tim), Lisa Johnston (Josh), Ken Webster, Jenny Brown (Blake), Matthew Webster, Kyle Kemp, Kaitlyn Kemp, Dr. Emily Palmer (Dane) and Kelvin Grubbs (Corynne); and his brother Mike Kemp (Beverly). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
