He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Leroy" Miller and Thelma Williams (Omstead); his siblings, Jerry Miller and Patricia Ann Miller; and his son Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Vosse); his children, Floyd Miller (Carrie) and Cheryl Sherman (Loren); his stepchildren, Tammy Ragsdale (Mickey), Jerry Sien Jr. (Kim) and Randy Sien (Cara); and his sister Penny Teltow (Joe). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Creekside Church (1500 E Graham Ave, Pryor, OK 74361). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Graham Memorial Cemetery.
