She is survived by: her children, David Smith of Tulsa, Kathleen and Vernie; her grandchildren, Jaime, Derrick, Ashley, Beth, Taylor, Dasha and David; and her great grandchildren, Kendal, Aiden, Katie, Sophia, Jackson and Aria. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other special family and friends.
