It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Mae (Tibbets) Parcell of Pryor, Oklahoma, born in Rentiesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earnest and Earey V. Tibbets (Rouell); her former husband Roy 'Mark Parcell; her son Chris Bryan Parcell; her grandson Cole Marcus Parcell; and her siblings, Theo Arthur Tibbets, Alfred Cleo Tibbets and Viola Magdalene Parcell (Tibbets).
She is survived by: her daughter Teri Longley (Rick) of California, Missouri; her grandchildren, Audria Roettgen (Mike) of Jefferson City, Jeff Holmes (Jynie) of Tulsa, Vicki Flatt (Wes) of Jefferson City and Savanah Spillman of Garfield, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Rylie Miller, Cassidy Drew Holmes, Allie Holmes, Eli Holmes, Evie Holmes, Wyatt Flatt, Kelce Flatt, Paeton Spillman, Jayden Spillman, Jaxon Spillman and Kowen Spillman; her sisters, Earnice Smith of Pryor, Cecilia Rose (Joseph) of Cushing and Mickey Hanel (Al) of Perkins; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Tibbets and Orvilla Newton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other special family and friends.
