He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alvin Neel and Betty Lou Neel (Black); and his siblings, Alan Neel and Terri Flint. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Koscheski of Pryor, Michelle Neel of Missouri, Mike Neel of Chouteau and Larry Neel of Claremore; and his close friend Randy Walters of Pryor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
