He is survived by: his wife Carla Dougherty; his children, Steven Ruben of Pryor, Oklahoma, Misty Squyres (James) of Lawton, Stefany Cooper (Justin) of Pryor and Kasie Self (Corey) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his parents, Chuck Dougherty and Nancy Dougherty of Woodward, Oklahoma; his siblings, Michael Dougherty of Woodward, Dwane Dougherty (Cassie) of Fruitland Park, Tony Dougherty (Melissa) of Woodward, Kevin Dougherty (Stacie) of Atchison, Kansas and Vicki Houston (Tom) of Clarksville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Dallas, Earl, Colby, Brayden, Samantha, Fynn, Ari, Joseph, Mila and Nico. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
