He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dodge and Mary Dodge (Harness). He is survived by: his siblings, John Dodge, Kim of Iowa, Matt Dodge, Carla of Missouri and Chris Ehrhardt of Illinois; and his granddaughter Violet Luna Dodge. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
