She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Byler and Freda Byler (Anderson); her husband Larry Cowan; her son Allen Martin; her grandchildren, Kendra Walters, Kandice Walters and Daniel Morgan; and her siblings, Jimmy Byler, Wayne Byler, Sharon Tompkins and Pamela Jarrett.
She is survived by: her children, David Walters (Lisa), Elizabeth Moyer (Randy), Mike Walters, Marc Walters, Courtney Whitaker (Brett) and Meagan Hurst (Codey); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Heather, Michelle, Jessi, Michael, Betty Ann, Cody, Amber, Ashley, Kim, Cole and Skyly.
