She was predeceased by: her parent Flossie Woods; and her siblings, Joe Adams and Wanda Key. She is survived by: her children, G. David Bates (Theresa) of Locust Grove and Cathey Gillingham (David Bach) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Tina Van Horn of Chouteau, Justin Bates (Misty) of Locust Grove and Lauren Mincey of Tulsa; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Ian, Averie, Emerie, Kaitlyn, Brady, Caden, Kayce and Mayce; her great great grandchild Jadelyn; her brother-in-law Mayes Key of Locust Grove; and her friend Tabby Davis of Tulsa. She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
