She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Walker and Mildred Schaffer (Maxfield); and her daughter Pamela. She is survived by: her husband Tony Dean Smith; her children, Tamela Amos (Billy) of Pryor and Tim Smith (Deanna) of Claremore; her grandchildren, Jeremey Campbell (Karen) of Oklahoma City, Dustin Amos (Kristy) of Pryor, Caitlin Campbell (Dalton Murphy), Zack Smith of Rolling Meadows and Abby Smith of Stillwater; and her great grandchildren, Kyah, Norah, Johnny, Mason and Maverick.
