It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Earl Proctor in Pryor, Oklahoma, born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 23, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Proctor; his parents, Roy Proctor and Ruffie Proctor; his brothers, Paul, Bud Jr., Wiley, Stanley, Billy, Wadie and Harold; and his pet Shorty.
He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Crittenden (Danny) of Salina, OK, Dollie Sharp of Kenwood, OK and Janie Pape (Darren) of Dodge Center, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361).
