It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ray Mote of Pryor, Oklahoma, born in Boynton, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Mote and Maggie Mote (Wolfinger); and his wife Shirley Mote. He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Mote of Inola and Janice Parker of Pryor, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Keli Carter (Tony), Patricia Parker (Randall), Melissa Coverdell (Brandon) and Brandon Mote (Casey); his great grandchildren, Colton, Russell, Carson, Madison, Taylor, Isaac, Lauren, Mariah and Maggie; and his great great grandchild Ava. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
