He is survived by: his wife Helen (Buckskin); his daughters, Shari Swearingen-Pilant (Jim Pilant) of Vinita, Tammy Sinnott of Powder Springs and Georgia; his siblings, Joy Lee Shrum of Pine Top, KY, June Downing of Locust Grove, Matilda Slone of Pine Top, KY and Kenneth Swearengin of Gulfport; his grandchildren, Ashley Swearengin, James Swearengin, Stephanie Wesley, Brandi Brown, Gentry Pilant, Kelsi Sinnott and Andrew Scott; and his great grandchildren, Daike Swearengin, Bryson Guess, Brynlie Guess, Jazmyn Brassfield, Landon Pilant, Andromeda Brown and Kyndric Guess.
