He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Weldon and Gladys Bell (Lampley); his son Michael Bell; his sister Rena Husky; and his great grandchild Lucas Ryder Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Harlan Bell Jr. (Willow) of Moore, Kenneth Bell (Tina) of Pryor, Mellanie Patak (Tony) of Orlando and Nina Derrickson (Rick) of Illinois; and his nephews, William "Corky" and Donnie Lail. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
