She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Burns and Birdie "Noon" Burns (Crawford); her husband Fred Kerns; her sisters, Stella (Erwin), Peggy (Jerry Strader) and Glenda (Jerry Nichols); her brother-in-law Norman Chancellor; her brother Charles Burns; and her nieces, Sherry Erwin and Tammy Strader.

She is survived by: her sons, Freddy Kerns (Pamela) of Adair, Jackie Kerns (Barbara) of Kenwood, Oklahoma and Jerry Marble (Karen) of Salina, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Roy Kerns (Carla), Melissa Kilpatrick (Billy), Marla Craighead (Richard) and Andy Kerns (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Kenzley Kerns, Raymond Kilpatrick, Dylan Craighead, Cassi Craighead, Lainey Craighead, Kirsten Kerns and Sadie Kerns; her sisters, Wanda Chancellor (Bubby) and Shirley Burns; and her sister-in-law Linda Burns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
