He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alfonso and Agnes Mae Livingston (Hunter); his spouse Beverly Ann Hubbard; and his brothers, Gordon, Charles, Dale and Buzzie.
He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Wayne Livingston Jr. (Kim) of Tahlequah, Michael Dean Livingston (Tammie) of Locust Grove, Nicholas Shawn Livingston of Chouteau, William Ralph Livingston of Pryor and Steven Proctor of Chouteau; his grandchildren, Trevor Livingston, Dillon Livingston (Amanda), Haley Shouse (Trey), Ashley Livingston, Morgan Livingston and Hunter Livingston; his great grandchild Russell Livingston; and his siblings, Larry Livingston (Kay) of Oolagah and Sue Johnson of Centralia, Oklahoma..
