She is survived by: her husband Max Lewis; her son Alan Lewis; her daughter-in-law Lori of Morris, Oklahoma; her daughter Jeanie Gingrich; her son-in-law Bobby of Adair; her grandchildren, Coby Gingrich (Robin) of Adair, Oklahoma, Marty Gingrich (Liz) of Adair, Oklahoma, Will Lewis (Leslie) of Morris, Oklahoma, Matthew Lewis (Makayla) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Shelby Smythe (Nick) of Yukon, Oklahoma and Amanda Stacy (Dalton) of McAlester; her great grandchildren, Taylor Snell (Jamie), Jacy Gingrich, Kelci Gingrich, Allyson Lyons, Cooper Gingrich, Elli Lewis, Greyson Smythe and Riley Smythe; and her great great grandchild Hagen Snell.
