He is survived by: his children, Janet Louise Spencer Butler (Barry), Julie Lois Spencer Shearhart (Bobby), Stephen Wayne Spencer (Marsha) and Phillip Donn Spencer (Christine); and his former wife Sandra Ladon Woodward.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stephens-Key Chapel (1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361).
