Willcutt and Emma Lou Willcutt (Rowlett); his wife Dannie Jean Willcutt; his daughter Kimberlee Green; his granddaughter Brookleigh Willcutt; and his siblings, Bernice Kerr, Katy Cooper, Geraldine Martin, Phyllis Anderson, Gene Willcutt, Dale Willcutt and Ralph Willcutt.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Willcutt (Carla) of Pryor and Brad Willcutt (Brenda) of Highland Ranch; his sisters-in-law, Bertha Willcutt of Claremore, Jenny England of Pensacola and Andra Reventlow of Pennsylvania; and his close friend Sally Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
