She is survived by: her husband Glen Couch; her sons, John Couch (Shawm) of Pryor and Travis Couch of Pryor; her brother Wallace Shotwell of Chouteau; and her grandsons, Kody Couch and Dylan Couch. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
