She is survived by: her husband John Kausek; her cousin Laura Kaufmann Rillero; her daughter Anne Smith; her son-in-law Josh Smith; her son David Kausek; her daughter-in-law Sheryl Kausek; her son Chris Kausek; her daughter-in-law Dana Kausek; her children, Joel Kausek (Lara Basks) and Mary Kausek Muse; her son-in-law Chris Muse; her daughter Laura Kausek; her grandchildren, Sierra Smith, Savanna Smith, Bleyson Kausek, Micah Basks, Aythen Kausek and Isobel Kausek; her great grandchild Ashlyn Wood; and her daughters, Sarah and Judy Kausek.
