He is survived by: his parents, Kim Kelley and Cynthia Smith; his son Colt Lee Kelley, Jr. of Muskogee, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Jonathan Kelley, Jeramie Kelley, Christy Long, Brandie Kelley and Maghan Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
