He was predeceased by: his parent Viola Watermelon; his wife Nellie Boney; and his sisters, Edna Sultzer and Ruth Pickup. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Bearpaw (Zim) of Jay, Shara (Faye), Nedra Dry, Jr., Nofire, Mikayla Snell, Mary Lee Hildebrand, Charles Sunny Keener and Melvina King. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren on the way, numerous nieces and nephews.
