It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Tibbets in Pryor, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Wesley Peters and Wanda Lee Peters (Vernon); her husband Alfred Cleo Tibbets; her son Joel Andrew Tibbets; her grandson James Edward Hawkins; her great grandchild Joel James Andrew Bishop; and her sister Rosetta Sherman.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Cleo Tibbets (Marde) of Locust Grove, OK and Shelly Lee Hawkins (Bill) of Pryor, OK; and her siblings, Pete O'Bannon of San Antonio, TX, Wanda Odle (Charles) of Pryor, OK, Orvilla Newton of Pryor, OK, Helen Sarfatis (Peter) of Pryor, OK and Debra Manley (Keith) of Pryor, OK. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
