He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matthew and Ida Mae Hensley (Lewallen); and his son Donald Hensley. He is survived by: his sons, John Hensley (Mary) and Brian Hensley; his grandchildren, Ashley, Johnathon Hensley, Casey Allen (Skyler) and Kaleigh Rhea (Jeremy); and his sister Shirley Jean Mooney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
