He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom P. Eberhardt and Willie Ellen Eberhardt (Grissom). He is survived by: his wife Yolanda E. Beleele; his children, Justin P. Eberhardt and Kyrah T. Bledsoe (Gene Bledsoe); his grandchildren, Daniel Miller, Trevor Miller, Alexis Baker (Noah Baker), Cassidy Eberhardt and Lane Bledsoe; his sister Nellie M. Davis; and his aunts, Oralee Blattler and Dorthy Grissom.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tommy's honor to the India Temple of Oklahoma City Rainy Day Fund.
