She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Southerland and Lena Southerland (Pyle); her husband Albert Cecil Dugan; and her brothers, Bud Southerland and Howard Southerland.

She is survived by: her children, Rena Ligon (Clayton Stover) and Terry Dugan (Toni); her grandchildren, Colby Dugan (Amber), Ginni Lou Glaze, Bradley Jenkins (Michelle) and Kim Jenkins Turner; and her sisters, Evelyn Chinnery and Pat Earlywine. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
