He is survived by: his former wife Helen Johnson (Terrell); his wife Helen Chastain; his children, Damon Chastain (Vicky) of Ozark, MO, Kelly Chastain of Shawnee, Jason Chastain (Jocelin) of Moore and Kimberly Riggs (Kevin) of Prague; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Allie Duren (Paul) of Jones, Dustin Chastain (Ashley) of Shawnee, Seth Chastain (Brittany), Logan Chastain, Riley Chastain of Shawnee, Reagen Chastain of Shawnee, Bo Wright Riggs of Prague, Claire Chastain of Shawnee, Andrew Hobbs of Tecumseh and Jorja Rae Chastain of Moore; his great grandchildren, Channing Abigail, Charlee Kait, Deuce Duren, Allena, Bentley, Paizley and Kenzlea Chastain; and his brother Jerry Don Chastain (Louise) of Muskogee.
